Project Summary

MR-PRECULINARY is an educational project that aims to revolutionise the teaching of gastronomy through the use of mixed reality (MR). Its general objective is to implement digital resources and technological and didactic tools to improve the teaching-learning process in professional training in the culinary field.

The project facilitates the development of culinary skills by adapting to the individual learning pace of each student, thus promoting sustainability, accessibility and educational inclusion through the use of innovative resources.

Main results

Virtual simulator

for culinary pre-processing processes, which allows students to be trained professionally from a simple, realistic perspective, pasta the different student profiles.

Ebook

Didactic guide, which compiles materials, methodologies and learning processes of culinary preprocessing techniques, promoting a positive and innovative approach in professional cooking.

In addition to these results, MR-PRECULINARY will organise teaching, exchange and dissemination activities aimed at vocational training students and teachers, as well as professionals from other related sectors (virtual reality, gastronomic guilds, etc.), in order to encourage the adoption and use of these tools in the educational and professional sphere.

Through this initiative, we continue our commitment to educational excellence, integrating the most advanced technology into vocational training in the gastronomy sector and taking advantage of the economic and professional synergies offered by digital learning.
