In June 2025, an article about the MR-PreCulinary project was published in the digital media outlet HORECA, titled “The University of Burgos Promotes Virtual Reality in Culinary Training”. The article aimed to disseminate the project’s progress, methodologies, and activities among professionals in the hospitality sector, highlighting the use of digital and mixed reality tools for the teaching of culinary pre-processing techniques.
