We have had the first face-to-face meeting in Burgos of the partners of the MR-PRECULINARY project, a project co-financed by the European Union which will develop a virtual simulator of culinary preprocessing techniques and a didactic eBook.
In this first meeting the main lines of the project were specified and the logo was approved and the key aspects of the sustainability plan, the accessibility plan, the quality plan and the communication plan were marked.
