MR-PRECULINARY is an educational project that aims to revolutionise the teaching of gastronomy through the use of mixed reality (MR). Its general objective is to implement digital resources and technological and didactic tools to improve the teaching-learning process in professional training in the culinary field.

The project facilitates the development of culinary skills by adapting to the individual learning pace of each student, thus promoting sustainability, accessibility and educational inclusion through the use of innovative resources.
