The MR-PRECULINARY project is an Erasmus Plus KA220 project co-funded by the European Union and will run for 2 years, ending in December 2026.
The project partners are: CIFP La Flora, University of Burgos, University College of Prague, SIA Hotel School Riga and Playmebit.
During the months prior to the official start of the project we have developed several virtual meetings, in which the partners have contributed ideas and assessed the different options of how to carry out the project.
Among all the partners we decided how to design, manage and develop each of the work packages that make up the project.
From the very first moment, we have worked with a lot of harmony and desire to collaborate to carry out this interesting project that will help future professionals in the hospitality industry and other related sectors to practice the main techniques of culinary preprocessing.
